Trees grown for twenty or thirty years deserve a future. Yet few enthusiasts organise the handing on of their collection. Without preparation, the heirs find themselves joint owners, without the knowledge to keep the trees alive or to value them, and the collection fades.
The options
- A will names a recipient for each tree, with conditions if you wish.
- Giving during your lifetime lets you guide the new owner and see the tree carry on.
